Video Submission Instructions

Your video submission for a CACHCA 2011 CHC Award may be submitted in one of the following ways:

1. Upload your video to YouTube* and email the video link, along with the required  contest submission forms to communications@cachca.ca with “CHC Awards Video Contest” in the email subject line.
   
   
2. Upload your video file to a large file sharing site** and then email the download link, along with the required content submission forms to communications@cachca.ca with “CHC Awards Video Contest” in the email subject line.

*If you submit your video using YouTube and are selected as a finalist in one of the three Awards categories, you will be asked to supply the actual video file to CACHCA so that it may be uploaded to CACHCA’s Facebook and YouTube pages for contest voting purposes. CACHCA will contact video producers/submitters directly in this instance.

**Submitters are also welcome to utilize any file sharing site to submit video. There are multiple web options for file sharing, including free and trial sites such as RapidShare, YouSendIt, and SendSpace. Depending on the site you use, you may need to email the download link to yourself first, and then send the link to communications@cachca.ca, so you can include with it the required contact submission forms.

NOTE: If you would like to discuss coordinating an alternative method of submitting your contest video or if you have any further questions, please email communications@cachca.ca with “CHC Awards Video Contest Question” in the email subject line.

REMINDER: ALL VIDEO SUBMISSIONS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN MAY 6th, 2011.
